This album is not that much about the music (if that makes sense), but rather the atmosphere, vibe and tension of the album. This album is a cinematic experience that isn't to be thrown into a playlist but rather listened to as a whole in the order it is presented as, big part of this are the transitions between tracks. I think it's one of the worse The Weeknd albums, if we compare it to albums like Dawn FM, After Hours or Starboy, but that doesn't mean it's bad, because it absolutely isn't I find it rather fabulous, but I just don't wanna spend an hour and a half everytime I wanna listen to it in order.

Piss In The Wind is an amazing album if I'd talk only about the songs I personally like, but 8 songs from the album are just instant skips for me. Don't get me wrong, the songs are not bad for a first listen, but they aren't tracks that I would listen to again or more often so I just instantly skip them or have them ignored in the album. Some tracks I like listening to occasionaly but mostly just skip them.

This is a 10/10 EP for me, all the songs in this EP are once again pretty much different from Sub Urban's previous work and they fit together perfectly and give a finished, enjoyable and very much replayable project.

This is the deluxe edition of If Nevermore, Anhedonia includes four new tracks: Hiraeth, Chemical Coffins, 555 and Lord of Nothing. All of these tracks are great, but I feel like Hiraeth and Chemical Coffins don't really fit the vibe of If Nevermore or the two other tracks, 555 and Lord of Nothing, therefore i don't think they really fit as a part of If Nevermore rather a different project altogether. It might just be because of me or my understanding of what a deluxe edition of an album should be.

It's one of my favorite albums of all time personally. I really love indie alt music, and I've been listening to Sub Urban long before If Nevermore released in 2025 and since it has been three years since he released anything before the first If Nevermore single Skinny Loser, my expectations were really high and they were met. This album is really experimental, even for Sub Urban, its really playful (not in the mood of the album, but in the way he plays with his voice, which wasn't heard before much up until the release of If Nevermore's singles.) Though it definitely isn't a 10/10 album, there of course are some tracks that I like less than others, but i would say this is a non-skip album for me most of the time.
